When work recording does not hurt.

Let's take a look together at how quickly, easily and comfortably every user can create activities in Mango. 

How to start creating a report?

Creating a report is very simple. The report consists of the activities you engage in during the day. And you either continuously or at the end of the day conveniently and simply record them in Mango. You can create a report either at your computer or directly on your mobile phone. Click on the green + in the lower right corner and choose what type of activity we are going to create.

What you record is up to you. Attention, in addition to basic activities such as meetings and phone calls, you can also create your own activities. What is own activity, how is it formed and what is its meaning? Click on the link below to learn more. 

Own activities


So we choose the type of activity, for example a meeting, and I simply fill in the fields that Mango offers me. 



As we can see in the example above, we enter the company with which the meeting was held, at the same time we enter the person, set the time from - to and write a short note about what was the subject of the meeting. We marked with a red arrow date of next contact. What is it about and why is it important? We saw in the note that we should contact Mrs. Láskava in a week. So we will choose the date of the next contact in a week, and on this day Mango will send us a reminder by e-mail with the content of this activity, and thus we will already  we will not forget anything. In this way, Mango sends notifications about each record according to the selected dates of the next contact. It is a very clever and important tool so that we really do not forget anything and adhere to the agreed deadlines and procedures. After all, we know how he can discourage a person when he agrees on some procedure with the merchant and then I, as a potential customer, see that the merchant either doesn't call, or calls later, or God forbid, I, as a buyer, have to remind myself to the merchant. 

Subsequently, when I have filled in all the items, I save the activity and the recording is complete. This is how I create every single activity in Mango. All activities related to the company are displayed in the client's card, that is, all our records are registered under a specific company. 

And what for example automatic activities? Not every activity we do during the day has to be manually entered into Manga. There is a way to help it. We can pair Mango with our e-mail and phone. And so every e-mail and phone call that we make during the day is put into Mango in the activity section. These activities may/may not be subject to user verification. When we subject them to verification, no one will have access to them unless the user confirms them in Mango. 

Linking email and Manga it is possible in two ways, via the IMAP server or via Outlook 365. After the connection is made, all the e-mails of the given user will be added to the activities. It is important to mention that when you set up this link, you can choose which emails will be omitted from this link. You can choose specific emails or entire domains. Linking email and Manga


Linking mobile phone and Manga is very simple. Mango has come with a mobile application Mango Mobile App (MMA), which has the task of collecting all service calls and sending them to Mango. At the same time, it synchronizes all contacts between Mango and your smartphone. As we mentioned above, these records may/may not be subject to verification. This is how we can easily and most importantly automatically get e-mails and phone calls directly to our CRM, where you can assign them to the company, you can assign them the date of the next contact and you have everything stored clearly in one place. 


Record of work on the computer

Mango came with one more gadget and that is the monitoring and recording of work on the computer. We have developed Mango Desktop App (MDA). This application runs in the background of your computer and records what you do throughout the day. It sends these records automatically to Manga in the activity section, where they again await you and their verification. So we can create activities in Mango either manually or automatically through the above applications. What next? Activities in Mango are created, inserted, how do we proceed? When the user enters or verifies all the activities he did during the day, he has a work record ready to generate a report. We are located in Mango in the activity section. We simply choose ourselves as a user and the period for which we want to generate the report.

After entering the parameters, Mango pulls all the records. After that, just click on prepare report and we have a ready report. The report will be displayed in a clear timeline. For each record that is linked to a company, the history of the previous three records will be retrieved for a better overview of what was happening at the company. At the end of this report, we have additional space for a note, and then when we send the report, this report will be sent to my superior in an e-mail in a clear timeline.
