Let's together imagine the Manga environment for a company that can sell something but then assembles the product and provides its service. What does Mango offer for such a company?
DIRECTORY
Let's look at the directory section first. Companies enter a list of their clients into the directory. It doesn't matter if it is FO, PO, small or large companies. Mango is connected to the business register, so after entering the ID number, it fills in the initial fields for us, and we don't have to fill in everything manually. In addition to the basic data, the company can also register its own columns in the directory. What is it about? Custom columns are fields where the company can record anything it needs, which is mostly based on the scope of the given company. We have a whole sub-page dedicated to this topic of custom columns, so if you're interested, feel free to click on the link below.
Custom columns in the directory
Companies that we enter into the directory will be displayed in the corresponding section of the directory in a tabular or simple arrangement. The user can continue to work with the table. The user can edit all data in the detailed table.
He can display activities related to the company, he can create an activity for the company and of course he can click on the entire detail of the company. Through the custom filter field, we can filter the list of companies that I need. The more data I fill in for companies, the more filtering options I have. For example, I can filter companies where the vehicles have a semi-trailer, a tractor and a trailer and they are transport and forwarding companies. A few clicks in the filter and the list is ready.
Really, what I fill in Mango, what data, I can then filter and work with them. Let's say that I need to get a list of companies from the directory to which I need to send an e-mail with information about regular service inspections and a price list of these inspections. So I filter the list of companies I need in Mango, for example companies where we installed heat pumps in the last quarter, and then through the function mass email I will send the companies the information I need. You can learn about mass e-mails and how to create them at the link below.
ACTIVITIES
Any user can record their activities in Mangu. It doesn't matter if it is a salesman, manager, service technician, installer. Activities in Mango are a space where the user makes a record of his work. Some activities in Mango are automatic, because we can connect the system with e-mail, telephone, GPS Monitoring. In other words, activities of this type are automatically added to Manga, but of course, if the user so wishes, they are subject to his verification. With each activity, it is possible to set the date of the next contact, so that I, as a user, will not forget anything. On the set date, Mango will send me a reminder about the activity and a record of what needs to be done next at the company. We can find everything in one place.
We have just described the basic types of activities such as e-mail, phone call, meeting. But that's not the only thing that can be recorded in activities within Manga. How about own activities? It can be anything that the company deals with and it is necessary to record this record of work. If we are a service company, filling out the service protocol can be our own activity. Really anything I need to record, I can fill in the personal activities section in Mango and, what is important, work with this information further. We create our own activities in the Settings section. In the settings, I click through to the custom activities section and create what I need. The field of own activities can be very important for the work of assembly and service companies, so for a detailed understanding of it, please click on the link below, which explains in detail how to create your own activity, how to work in this section.
TASKS
Let's look at another important area of Manga and that is quests. If we are a service, assembly company, tasks can be a smart helper for us. Let's see how. Tasks are either created for a specific company in the directory, in the client's card or in a separate task section. Of course, I can also assign tasks to my calendar. So, with the right settings, it is impossible to forget something through Manga. Mango will of course send a task notification. As a user, I can set various parameters when creating tasks. I can assign a task to someone, I can create subtasks to the main task, I can determine the progress of the task, the deadline when it should be completed, assign different labels to the task and, last but not least, I can set the repetition of the task.
We will give an example of using the task. Let's say we are a service company. I can set by repeating the task that I installed a heat pump at the company XY and in a year it is necessary to contact the company for a service inspection. So I set the task to repeat in 365 days, with the fact that when I click on the task as completed, Mango will automatically set another task for me in a year, about performing a service inspection and contacting the company. Tasks are a helper that records what needs to be done, reminds us when it needs to be done. We can filter the tasks that I have assigned to someone as a user, those that have been assigned to me, and those that I have already completed.

CALENDAR
Above, in the tasks section, we mentioned that we can also register them in the calendar. So let's take a look at the functionality of the calendar section and how it can help us at work. First of all, if the user wants, he can pair his calendar with the Mango calendar. This link is possible in the Manga settings via Microsoft Outlook 365 or Google Calendar. I can plan, record anything in the Manga calendar. I can set whether it is a private or business event, I can add guests to the event, of course I can set a description of the event, I can set a time frame from - to, etc. When creating each event in the calendar, I can create an activity from it and assign a company.
We can of course view the calendar as such in monthly, weekly, daily form or as a schedule. It goes without saying that the visibility of the plan of your technicians and the subsequent planning of their work is a matter of course.
We can set event reminders - e.g. 15 min. a notification will come before the start of the event. If you want to learn more about the calendar functions, please click on the link below.
OFFERS AND ORDERS
We continue to the next Manga area. Offers and orders are an integral part of business. You will find both sections in Mango clearly and simply processed. The user can easily create an order from the menu. Everything is connected. Ordinary PDF offers are not created in Mango. Of course, we don't want to drop any offer format, but Mango came up with a new form of offer and order. In our CRM, we create so-called interactive price offers. What does that mean? The customer can click through all the elements he finds in the offer. He can open all products with a detailed description, he can view photos, play videos if they are part of the offer. When creating the offer itself, Mango helps a lot to the one who creates it, because it automatically shows him the cost of individual items, their selling price and his profit. So the user who creates the offer knows how much he can work with the price so that even after the discount for the client, it is still profitable for him and thus also for the company. Where can I find offers and orders? On the one hand, in belonging to the Orders and Offers sections. At the same time, orders and offers can be found in the client's card in the directory, where I can again find everything clearly arranged in one place. So when I, as a user, open the company I need in the directory, I see all information about the company, all activities, business opportunities, leads, tasks, offers and orders. This client card is really clear and keeps order at companies.
Let's see how an example of a menu created in Mango looks like.
In Mangu, we can choose from two print sets that we can use. It is important to mention that we can send offers and orders to the customer directly from Mango. We can track analytics for a specific offer or order. Whether the customer opened it, how many times he opened it, where he clicked, etc. For more information about this area, please click on the link below.
WORKING WITH MANGO ON THE PHONE + MANGO MOBILE APPLICATION MANGO MOBILE APP
If the nature of your work requires a lot of travel, then we have good news for you. Mango can also be used very conveniently on your mobile device. Manga content is responsive so it adapts to your mobile device. Mango will create a user-friendly environment in which the user can work comfortably even in the field. In Manga's personal settings, the user can choose how his MENU will look on the phone, i.e. what will be displayed as a default, what three input panels.
Mango also has a mobile application - Mango Mobile App. The main functionality of this application is to collect all service calls and send them to Mango. However, this app only works for Android operating system. It is important to mention that every telephone data that is uploaded through the application to Manga is subject to verification if the user sets it. It is also possible to set up automatic verification, but it is up to each user to decide which method is acceptable for them. You can find basic information about this mobile application and automatic call recording at the link below.
Automatic recording of phone calls
EMAIL AND MANGO CONNECTION
This Manga area works on a similar principle to phone calls. We can connect Mango with e-mail, and after this connection, the user's e-mails will be automatically downloaded to Mango. These e-mails, just like phone calls, may/may not be subject to user verification. Linking e-mail and Manga works through an IMAP server or Outlook 365. For more information on linking your e-mail with Mango, please click on the link below.
