What exactly is Timetracker?
Let's imagine a situation where I need to record my work as a self-employed person. Let's give an example that I am a lawyer and I have an hourly rate. I need to issue an invoice to a client based on my work record for xy euros for preparing a draft contract for him. How will timetracker help me? Well, simple. I turn it on, process the draft contract and turn it off. Based on this record, Mango will create an activity for me with the exact time from when - to when I worked on the draft contract, based on which (the activity record in Mango) I can issue an invoice to my client.

Working with timetracker is very easy. After logging into CRM Mango, simply press the arrow symbol on the top panel of the screen and the timetracker will start.
Depending on what I need, I can pause the timetracker and then continue. To give you a better idea, it's like when you used to play songs on your cassette player - but that's ancient history :). When I finish a given activity, I simply stop my timetracker and Mango will offer us the option to save this recording.
You can write any note for a given activity or record. The activity type in our example is administration, but you can call it whatever you want. Whether it's programming, work recording, computer service, design - there are really many options. Mango will calculate for you exactly the time you worked on a given project according to your timetracker. Based on these records, you can issue a basis for invoicing for your client. You don't have to keep any notes, diaries or paper notes anywhere else. Mango will take care of everything. If you also create a client in the company directory, you can save a specific time record under the company and see all your work in a clear client card. You know what you did, when you did it, for whom you did it, how long you did it. You won't lose anything and you won't forget anything. And if your client were to complain or object to something later, you have beautiful records of your work in Mango that you can present to them, and thus, the objection would be rejected :).
