Attendance system iDochadzka
The module of connection with the attendance system iDochdázka will automatically fill the times of arrivals and departures into the activities of users and thus increase your overview of who goes to work on time and who does not. With this module, you can also track in the main attendance screen who you currently have at work and who you don't.
Company register
Do you primarily have customers from Slovakia or the Czech Republic? If so, we are here to make you happy. With this module, you can link your directory to the company's online register. To create a company in the directory, you will only need the name or ID number, and Mango will take care of the rest. Mango will automatically download all the data for the given company, making your work incredibly easy.
We realize that the less work Mango requires from users, the more satisfied the user is with the work. That's why we've developed an automatic link between your inbox and Mango activities. After sending the e-mail, Mango will load the e-mail into the activities with the text of the message, and after verification by the user, it can be saved in Mango.
Reminder
It also happens to you that you agree with the client on an important thing during a meeting or phone call, but then you forget about it and do not solve it? It won't happen to you with a reminder. After saving the activity, Mango will insert a reminder into your calendar and will also send you a reminder by email on the agreed day, including the text from the activity.
Google Calendar
Do you use a calendar from Google and don't want to have another here in Mango? We have an excellent solution for you. Activate this module and you will have all your events within the Mango calendar, even from the Google calendar, and you will even be able to automatically synchronize and edit these events from the Mango on both sides. From now on, you will only be able to work in the Mango calendar.
Daktela Contact Center
Do you have your own call center and use the Daktela program? After activating this module, all calls from Daktela can be downloaded to Mango activities to you, including the note entered in Daktela and the recording from the call. You will have all activities in one place and you will be able to control the utilization of your users in real time. Activities from Daktela can be downloaded every 60 seconds.
Is it annoying if it is necessary to record each call to the activities manually? Will it take your people too much time? We have found a solution to this as well. We have developed our own application for a mobile phone (Android only), which collects all the users phone calls and then can either automatically send them to activities or the user will synchronize them himself. Similar to connecting to an e-mail client, if the phone number exists in the address book, Mango will automatically assign it to the company and if not, it will offer the user an easy way to pair it. To protect users privacy, each such automatic activity must be verified by the user as being really correct.
Advanced filtering + creating custom filters
The more data you have in the directory, the more you need to work with it. We have prepared a really advanced filtering tool for you, where you can enter several search criteria and get the necessary data. In addition, you can save this filter for future use (for yourself or for all users). If you work in a directory with dates, you can use the so-called variable dates, which ensure that when filtering data from a saved filter, you will have businesses with, for example, the date of the last activity in the last 14 days.
Are you a team manager and want to always have an overview of the activities of all users? Of course, you do not have time to keep track of Mango activities and create an image of your teams work. Get reports sent from your subordinates directly to e-mail and you will have the needed overview. After completing their work, users simply send a report directly from the activities to all e-mails that they have set in their personal settings. You can then open the interactive report directly from the e-mail, without having to log in to Mango. Each report is protected by a password that you set in Mango.

Analytical functions of documents
Are you interested in what happens with the offer or order after sending? Has a potential client already opened it? did he work with it? and similar questions? With the analytical functions of the documents, Mango can notify you that the client has opened the document. You can see how long he had it open, how many times you opened it, and so on. With this tool, you will get the necessary information for further trading.
Sending documents by email
You know it ... I'm going to create an offer, save it to your desktop, open an email, insert an attachment and write a general email to a potential customer that I'm sending him an offer and in case of interest do not hesitate to contact me ... Unnecessary and slow, right? With this module, we will eliminate these worries for you. After creating the document, you can send the document to the customer directly from Mango, where the basic text you choose is directly prescribed, and after sending, you will also create the activity that you sent the offer to the customer. If this sounds interesting to you, this module is for you.
Advanced document filtering
Do you generate a large number of offers or orders and do you want to have it clean? This module could help you, thanks to which you can search for offers, group them and then save your own group filters from them. Then you just click on your saved filter and the documents will be filtered as you need.
Custom document print reports
With this module you can create your own style of offers or orders, so you don't have to use just the basic style. You can set your own header, footer, or custom color settings, and so on. The module is also ready if you use several different styles for several products.
If you are interested in a quick overview of how your company is doing, or individual sales staff, then you must have these widgets :) You will find out what sales or profits achieved in the set period, how much profit was brought to you by which salesman or you can track the most interesting orders according to you set filter.
After activating this module, you will be able to assign tasks to your colleagues according to certain settings and rights, and thus teamwork can begin :) By assigning and then editing a task or comments, users will receive automatic notifications about the change. Mango will also send regular notifications as to whether the task is close to completion or whether the task is not overdue. As a bonus, this module includes labeling your tasks. Surely you know that every task can be classified in some way and now it will be possible. Subsequent filtering is a matter of course.
Connection to the Mailchimp service
Do you use this great service? Great! Thanks to this module, we will connect your Mailchimp and Mango, so your contacts from Manga to Mailchimp will be automatically synchronized, including your own columns according to the settings. You will always have fresh data in Mailchimp and will be able to send your email campaigns to all clients according to your ideas :)

As part of the order, it allows you to enter loads and unloads, check the validity of insurance, licenses and other carrier parameters, and much more.
This package is for those who need to send mass emails to their clients, based on different filters and with different content. Within the templates, you can create an email template, where you can also define the so-called aliases, i.e. places where Mango will add dynamic content, for example from the directory. The ideal use of this package is, for example, to send advertising emails to your clients.
If you need to issue invoices from orders created in Mango, or you already use Superfaktúra, then this module is for you. After activation, you will not only be able to issue invoices, but on the contrary, already issued invoices will also be synchronized with Mango, so you will have an overview of invoices and their payment directly in Mango.
Invoicing in KROS Omega/Alfa/iKros
If you use Omega/Alfa or iKros accounting programs from Kros, thanks to this package you will be able to invoice them directly from Manga. When you complete the order, an invoice will be automatically created in your program.
