How can our CRM help you in the area of profit?
Sometimes it can happen that a trader has a problem deciding whether the offer or order he is making is worth it, what is the profit on it, what is his margin actually. Mango knows how to help him in a clever way. When creating offers or orders, I can immediately look at the sales - profit on the stock cards and I can assess whether I can start from the price for the customer and to what extent it is profitable for me and thus also for the company.
When creating an offer or order in this way, it cannot happen that the trader creates an order with a loss. Mango will clearly show you the total cost and profit from sales.
Mango can provide a really wide range of reports for management, analysis and planning in the field of sales. We can look very easily in the reports section Sales report. It is enough to choose the filter according to which we want the graph to be processed and in a few clicks we are done.
What about identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities?
Mango can use filters to select customers to whom you can offer additional products or services (cross-sell) or more expensive versions of products, services, which would be beneficial for them (upsell). This naturally leads to higher sales per customer. As you can see in the picture, we have filtered the list of customers who have purchased product 1 from us (which for us in the code books represents, for example, a basic license) and based on this filter, we can sort out what else we can offer them in addition to the given basis that they use.
Of course, we can set our own in CRM KPIs and accordingly, we can process a clear graph that will show us how we fulfill our KPIs. It's up to you what type of KPI you want to track. Product, marketing, sales, financial KPIs? The choice is yours alone.
In Mangu, we can create and display documents needed for improvement of sales strategies. We can analyze the performance of sales teams and identify weak points. For example, if we are interested in how many orders a trader generates and with what sales, or how many offers he has created during a certain period and many others.
