We are an established Slovak company with a focus on efficiency and reliability
delivery services. In the summer of 2024, we accepted strategic decision
implement the Mango CRM system in order to increase the efficiency of business processes and
improve customer relationship management.
The Mango CRM system enables us precise planning
and coordination of business activities. In it, our sales representatives plan a
they record all meetings and interactions with customers, which provides us
a comprehensive overview of current events and ensures continuity in relations with
clients. Moreover, CRM Mango allows us to efficiently process quotations a
prepare price lists directly in the system.
In addition, all data from the CRM system Mango
we integrate into Power BI, which gives us the opportunity to monitor key indicators
performance in one place. Although we introduced the Mango CRM system only recently and
we still integrate it into our daily processes, it is already clear that for
brings significant value to our company and support in managing business activities.
