The dispatcher prepares the route in CRM Mango and the driver automatically receives it in his application - without retyping addresses, without phone calls and without unnecessary mistakes.
How does the connection work?
The dispatcher creates an order and plans the route, including all loading, unloading and stops. The driver opens the order in Mango Driver app and sees the individual points in exactly the order in which they are to be completed.
After clicking on the current stop, Sygic navigation opens, which guides the driver directly to the destination.
After confirming the stop, the next route point is automatically made available. The previous point is automatically locked and cannot be clicked on. This way, the driver is sure which route point is next in order.
The driver cannot be wrong.
The big advantage of the solution is that the driver can always navigate only to the current stop. It is not possible to skip further points and therefore there is no risk of incorrect unloading order. The driver always continues according to the dispatcher's plan.
The route remains exactly as planned
The entire route is transferred from the Mango CRM system to Sygic navigation in a 1:1 ratio. This means that the driver receives exactly the same plan that the dispatcher prepared - including the order of all loading, unloading and intermediate stops. He does not have to search for addresses or think about the next step. He simply follows the address that the dispatcher prepared for him. The dispatcher is sure that the vehicle is going exactly according to the planned schedule.
Technical requirements
For the integration to work properly, you need to have an active Sygic GPS Navigation license with the Precomputed Routes add-on, which allows you to receive complete planned routes from CRM Mango.
