"In the Mango CRM system, we manage practically the entire functioning of the company's transport and economy. We use the system to manage our own transport and forwarding orders, with the great advantage being the ability to send transports directly to drivers' tablets within our GPS Webdispatching. This makes dispatching work faster and more clearly, while everyone has immediate access to current information.
The calculation of the cost and profitability of individual shipments is also very helpful. Thanks to the records of costs, revenues and detailed data, we have a constant overview of the economy of orders and the entire company.
An important part for us is comprehensive vehicle records. We currently manage approximately 120 active vehicles/trailers, including tasks, equipment and complete costing. A large part of the data is automatically loaded into the system via imports, which significantly saves time and eliminates manual administration.
In CRM Mango, we also use warehouse management and a connection to Webdispatching, thanks to which we have all important information centralized in one system. Complete invoicing and record keeping of received invoices is a matter of course for us.
