IMi Trade s.r.o. is a dynamic company specializing in the trade and distribution of high-quality advertising products for customers on the Slovak and Czech markets. In order to streamline our business and management processes, we deployed CRM Mango in 2023, which has become an excellent tool for our sales representatives and management.
CRM Mango helps our salespeople easily organize and record all activities related to customers, thanks to which they are sure that they will not forget anything important and can fully devote themselves to building relationships. This tool also ensures a high level of customer service, as merchants have an overview of each customer's history and can make sure that all clients receive the attention they need.
One of the significant benefits of CRM Mango is the integration of Power BI reports directly into the system, which enables marketers to easily access important reports and monitor the fulfillment of KPIs in one place. We also connected CRM Mango with Microsoft 365, which allows us to automatically synchronize emails and ensures that all communication with customers is centralized and never gets lost.
Another added value is the integration of the Mailchimp emailing tool with the Mango database, which enables us to effectively manage marketing campaigns and segment customers according to current data. In addition, new customers are also automatically imported into our internal ERP system, thus achieving full synchronization between CRM and our internal processes.
