KomTeS Chrudim s.r.o., founded in 2001 as a successor
a natural person since 1994, specializes in GPS vehicle monitoring and
data processing in electronic form. A company with approximately 50
employees provides solutions in the field of visualization of journeys, measurement
consumption of PHM, and connection of data with other systems. Thanks to advanced technologies
and the WEBDISPEČINK system, the company can meet the demanding requirements of customers in
the field of fleet management in various industries, including water supply and
agriculture. In 2021, it became part of the EUROWAG group, thereby gaining
an even stronger position among important suppliers, especially for transportation
companies.
It is no secret that KomTes was at the birth of Manga and was its first customer.
The idea was born in 2019, when considering how to manage effectively
sales team, how to digitize assembly and service protocols and overall how to have
order in data. In that year, we did a survey of the systems that are on the market
and we found that there is probably nothing on the market that would meet our requirements:
- system,
which will not be difficult for people to fill out
- it won't
extra expensive as foreign solutions often are
- will be
connected to the main ERP ABRA and it will be possible to connect it to others
company systems
- will be
it is possible to automatically draw data from it to PowerBI
So the path was clear for us and we took matters into our own hands
of crmango and the CRM Mango system, where all these requirements will be
gradually fulfilled. And so it was, and today we cannot imagine functioning without it.
Mango gradually digitized our sales, so
merchants no longer have to manually create activities in the system, since phone calls,
emails, car travel and computer work are created in the system
automatically when they arise. This is how we managed to get a picture of it
how our traders work every day and how we can help them perform better and faster
you are your goals. What we were very pleased with was the generation of offers and orders
from Mango, where customers could already electronically approve the order for us and did not have to
no longer bother with signing, scanning and sending orders.
For the technical department, we succeeded together
develop electronic assembly and service protocols,
which we created thanks to our own activities module, and so the technicians already
they stopped writing out paper protocols and did everything only in Mango and it is
whether on a computer or mobile phone. We can use Mango with its responsiveness
in any facility and in the field.
From all this data, we prepared reports in PowerBi, which give
they update automatically using rest.crmango.com and are subsequently visualized back in
reports directly in CRM Mango, so everyone, who we are, can access them
allowed according to rights :)
Mango is an excellent tool for us, without which I can no longer imagine working.
