
GGT a.s., a long-term operating company on the Slovak market, is one of the leaders in the field of wholesale distribution of tobacco products, complementary goods and operation of its own network of sales points. We are constantly developing our services with an emphasis on efficiency and technological support of our sales team.
To streamline business processes, we use the Mango CRM system, which is fully integrated with Webdispatching – which allows us to better plan and control the movement of salespeople in the field. In the CRM system, we work mostly with activities such as phone calls and meetings, which are key to our contact with customers.
An important part of our workflow is also mass tasks, through which we efficiently issue instructions to the entire sales team at once. We also connect Mango to the Asseco SPIN system, thanks to which contacts between systems are automatically synchronized.
We are very satisfied with CRM Mango,
