In exports for accounting systems, we have a new epoxt for the omega program from Kros, a.s. and the 6K program from 6K spol. s r.o.

When registering a new customer in CRM Mango, Mango automatically connects to the Slovak Financial Authority and if the company has a registered account there, it will be automatically uploaded to Mango and we do not have to manually upload it. Similarly, for already established companies, we can press the synchronization button and the data from the financial authority will be uploaded.

In the settings of your own activity, if you have made translations, you can now pull up your own activity in the language you need in the activity preview. A field has also been added there to send the activity by e-mail. The text of the e-mail will be pre-filled according to the language of your own activity that you have selected. The customer will also receive an e-mail with an attachment of your own activity in the language that you have selected.

New aliases have been added to the press releases - a link to a scan of documents, the license plate number of the vehicle and trailer, the reference number and the logo.

Within exports, we have created a new feature, namely according to which dates we want to export invoices. Either according to the date of issue or according to the date of fulfillment.

We have improved the email template builder to make it more user-friendly. Images are now scaled to fit the email size, styles are not copied when copying text (pasting unformatted text), and text is copied neatly.

When planning in the calendar, there is a new address field that is linked to the company. So, when we plan a meeting at a company, the company address and Google location are immediately displayed there.

We can transfer an activity to the calendar and plan something based on the transferred activity. We can transfer it with the exact wording and time frame, or we can transfer just the basic data.

In the birthday widget, we now calculate and display the age of the person who has a birthday. At the same time, in the name and birthday widget, you can set whether you want to see all clients or only yours.

When sending an email campaign and selecting companies, we will now be told at the end of the email campaign how many emails we are going to send.

We have created an editable filter for contacts. When filtering the parameters we require, we can now choose between an editable and stationary list. When we click this field, a filter is created that is stationary. This filter will not change. It will be created and saved at the moment I need it according to the parameters I need and it does not change.

We have now managed to translate Mango, with all its features, into three additional languages. Mango is now also available in German, Polish and Hungarian.
