Transportation planning

We now have the option to choose two directions when sending a route:
1.We can send the route directly to the tablet in WD Fleet.
2.If we don't want to send it to the driver yet but want to edit or add something there, we can send the route to the forwarding company in Webdispatch, where we can edit what we need and then send it to the driver in WD Fleet. So we have added a pop-up field to send only to the forwarding company. It is sent in the form of a processed order and waits in Webdispatch for further editing.
At the same time, a new feature has been added: if you have sent the route to a forwarding agent or WD Fleet, you will see a green thumb mark as a symbol that the route was sent correctly and where it was sent.

Another cool feature we have added for you is copying coordinates from Google Maps. Until now, when you found the GPS coordinates of your location on Google Maps, you first had to copy the latitude into Mango and then the longitude. Now, all you have to do is find a point to copy and you can insert it either in Mango into the longitude or latitude field. Mango will clean up the data as it needs and geolocate the location you want exactly according to the coordinates.

We have a new option when drawing routes on the map. In the transport module within the Manga expansion modules, you can choose in the basic settings of the transport module what colors Mango will use to draw routes on the map.
We have also adjusted the radius of the crossing point in these basic settings. Until now, it was fixed at 2000 m and within this fixed setting, it searched for the best route to take the vehicle. However, it is not appropriate to have such a high radius of the crossing point set for every type of transport, especially if it is transport within the city and if the vehicle needs to get to a specific street. Therefore, it is now possible to reduce this radius to your desired value, for example to 20m, and thus simplify route planning within city transport.

We have also added loading meters and length to the text message when planning transport. We have also changed the date format, which is no longer written with dashes but with dots, as we can see in the image.

In the Manga settings in the invoice section, we have added the following. This is the assignment of a center when creating an invoice. We can choose the starting center or the center according to the license plate number, which is listed on the order. So, for each vehicle in your number plates, there is an option to assign a center for greater overview when invoicing. This option was added because sometimes companies need to see all invoices that are tied to one center, because the costs that the company has also need to be recorded by centers and then see all expenses of a given car vs. all income of the car paired with the center in the accounting system. This accounting analytics gives a greater overview and the necessary analyses that the company needs, especially a company with a larger number of centers.

Another interesting new feature is the search for centers when ordering. Until now, you could enter the name of the company in the search and it would find you the company with all the centers. Now, a very convenient function has been added, which is that you can enter the name of the center and it will find you the company under which the center is registered and of course also the specific center. Before that, it would find you the company but with all the centers and you had to search with your eyes among the centers that is what you wanted. Now it will find you exactly the center you are looking for.

There is another change in route planning. The default was to search for a location by CMR and with each subsequent loading or unloading it returned to CMR and when the customer wanted to search for a location by directory, he had to switch from CMR to directory. Now, when we choose to search for a location by CMR, every subsequent route, whether loading or unloading, will have a default location by CMR. When we switch to directory, every subsequent route will go by directory and it will no longer switch to CMR. So, whatever we choose last, each subsequent point will be pre-filled until we change it.

We have also made an adjustment to the collection order. When we have a collection, the order locations are now displayed in the order links for a better overview.
