News in our Mango world!!!

We are happy to present you the latest improvements that we have programmed into Mango CRM based on your and our suggestions and needs. We are constantly working to make your CRM system faster, clearer and even more practical. See what's new!

CRM Mango has new mobile applications. You can download them directly from Google Play or the App Store. The applications now have the option to log in via biometrics, we have added push notifications and improved the overall look. See for yourself :). 

We have added changes to the price list. For a specific client, in the price list section, you can now filter the product by name or code. It also shows you the total number - how many of a specific product or service the customer has already purchased from you. What was the price of the last product - the price with and without VAT and which order the number came from. 

We have created a new option to create a business opportunity or task directly from an activity detail. 

A new report has been added: Sale on time. You fill in the parameters according to your chosen criteria and then you will see sales based on the corresponding time frame. 

 In the address book in the detailed view, the option to enable the score column has been added. Previously, it was only available in the company detail. 

In the address book, we have added a new arrangement/layout of information in the contact details. We have added tabs where you can conveniently switch to what you need to see for the company. You don't have to scroll, but you can find everything in clear tabs.

We have also added new widgets. Business opportunity analysis and business opportunity widget. Now we can display business opportunities on your board according to the parameters you choose. We have also added a new button to the business opportunity widget to create a business opportunity directly from the board.

We have also added a new setting in the CRM address book in the basic settings. This is whether you want Mango to warn you that you are about to create a duplicate IČO in the address book or a duplicate IČ and IČ DPH.

All widgets have been modified. Some have added a button to create a given activity directly from the widget, such as creating a new contact. You can also arrange table widgets with individual columns as you need. The change also occurred when adding a new widget. The new widget will now be displayed in the default settings and you only need to edit it as you need. And the last change is that when selecting a board, you will now find default boards and you can also create your own board and save it to the picker. You can also share these boards that you create with the users for whom you need them.

We have created a new connection to the Pohoda program - an economic system. CRM Mango sends the completed order to the Pohoda program, where it awaits invoicing.
