In the following procedure, we will explain how to send the created offer/order to the customers e-mail in the MANGO CRM system. The user must click through to the offer or order section as shown in the picture under number 1:
The company name or offer/order number is filled in the field. Subsequently, the user searches for the created offer/order. He will do so through the search box, as marked on box no. 2.
After filling in the field, the found offer/order will be displayed, its details can be accessed by clicking on the pencil on the field marked No. 3.
The created offer/order will be displayed.
In this window, the user simply checks the correctness of the entered data. If all is well, it will move to the bottom of the displayed offer/order.
Subsequently, the user can send the offer/order to e-mail. He will do so by clicking on the square with the inscription send to e-mail, as shown in the image above.
After clicking, another window will be displayed to the user.
In the field marked No. 1. the user fills in the e-mail address of the customer to whom the offer will be sent.
In field No. 2, he can fill in the e-mail to which he wants a copy of the offer sent to the customer.
If the user clicks on field No. 3, a copy will be automatically sent to him by e-mail.
After clicking field No. 4, the user will automatically see the activity about sending the offer in the activity section. If the field is not clicked, the sending activity will not be added to it.
After filling in these data, we move to the bottom of the window. Here, the user can subsequently change or supplement the predefined text that the customer will see after sending the offer.
The last step is just pressing the green send field and the offer is sent to the customers e-mail.
The predefined text when sending quotes/orders can be set or modified by the user in the Settings section by clicking on CRM Settings. In this section, he selects the tab he wants to edit, in our case it is the Menus option, where he finds Setting the default subject and email text for sending the document. Subsequently, in these fields, he writes or edits the predefined wording of the offers and orders sent in this way in various language mutations.
At the same time, the user can set a signature that will be attached to each sent quote/order via Settings by clicking on SMTP settings. Here, the user enters the name, surname, or company, which will be displayed as the sender of the offer/order. He then puts his signature or an image such as the company logo in the next box.
