Dialpads are used to define and manage values throughout the Mango system. Using dialpads, we can set fixed values for individual sections, states, and categories. Dialpads can be found in the Settings section, where we select Dialpads in the main settings menu:

We will then be presented with a wide range of dials that we can edit and create according to our preferences and needs.

As an example, we chose a codebook called Contact type. This model example of a directory represents the division of items into 2 categories. The first are the default items - Potential client and My company, and the second are items that we created additionally based on our own needs (Active customer, Terminated customer).

If we want to edit an already created item, we click on the green Edit button (No. 1). Within the item, we can define the color and name of the item, as can be seen in the image below:

If we need to add a new item to the address book, we click on the blue Create Item button (No. 2), as seen in the image above. We can choose the color and name of the item and save the new item by pressing the green Add Item button, as seen in the image below.
After saving, we see all the items in this code list, including the newly created VIP client item.

If we would like to delete the created item, click on the green Edit button. A new window will open and we can press the Delete button.
TIP:
If we want to display this client breakdown directly in the menu, in the Address Book section, we will go to Settings -> CRM Settings -> Address Book -> Different columns by contact type and select the YES option:
