Setting user rights in Mango is a key element for the efficient functioning of the company, as well as secure data handling. Since price quotes often contain individual discounts, special conditions, margins or internal calculations, this information should be accessible only to specific employees and not to all users of the CRM system.
You can easily set the visibility of data in price quotes or the ability to edit them in Mango. In the Settings section, select the User Roles option.

In the new window we can now see all our user roles in a table view. The image below shows the most commonly used user roles as an example. The superadmin role is the default, the other user roles were created manually.
You can edit, copy and then modify each user role, or create a completely new user role - using the green button with a plus sign in the lower right corner:
After pressing the green button to add a user role, a new window will appear. Here, the user can choose which data this user role will have access to, or which data it can edit.

By setting up and using user roles, you can ensure that sensitive data is only accessible to authorized individuals; at the same time, these roles help you comply with GDPR rules and internal regulations.
