To speed up the time when creating price offers, the user can copy the price offer.
Ideally, the user should copy the quote from the sample offer. If a price offer has already been created for a specific company, it can also directly copy this offer.
Copying a quote is very easy. The user can copy the menu in two ways, as shown in the images above.
After clicking, a new pop-up window will be displayed to the user, where he can select the row of the document and click on the Save option.
After saving, the newly created offer will be opened to the user. In the created offer, the user edits individual options, such as the name of the offer, company, person, etc. He then checks and completes the prices.
If the offer is checked, the user clicks on the green save button marked as no. 1. After saving, the offer is ready to be sent to the customer - marked as no. 2
