| Automated emails |

Would you like to send out automated tasks to your customers so that they keep thinking of you, but you don't know how? Let's say, for example, that you would like to send birthday emails, collaboration anniversary emails, automatic sending of satisfaction questionnaires and other similar emails, but you don't have time to constantly filter customers and send them emails. Thanks to this module, Mango will help you and send e-mails for you. Just set the automated tasks and let's go :)

Business opportunities
When editing, you will find a new option here: to schedule an event directly into the calendar from business opportunities and also to create a new task.

Deleting invoices
A new right has been added to Mango: deleting invoices. Previously, anyone could delete invoices in Mango. Now it is possible to create a restriction for certain groups only.

Mobile app menu settings Another new feature is that in the personal settings at the bottom menu of the mobile application you can add a new option, namely Call contact. In practice, this means that on your mobile you will have the option to click on this field, get to your own dialer and search for or tap the contact you want to call. After calling and returning, Mango will offer you to create an activity and
transfers all information including time, client, etc. into the activity, where you just need to add the output from the call and that's it.

Recording phone calls
We have one more change in the mobile application, namely in recording phone calls on Android. Until now, it was possible to record phone calls only on one mobile phone. The moment the user logged in on the second device, the first one stopped working. Currently, it is possible for several devices to be logged in under one user.

Create a task from the activity section

Note on account number
It is now possible to add a note to bank accounts (for the supplier), which will then be displayed on the invoice. This space for a note can be used, for example, when the customer does not pay for the services to the company that performed them, but to a factoring company. In that case, a clause must be added to the invoice stating that it is a factoring account and not a supplier account.
