We are constantly working on bringing you even more efficient and intelligent solutions in our CRM system. That's why we are happy to introduce new features in our CRM system that will save you time, simplify your work and help your business grow.

In exports for accounting systems, we have a new export for the omega program from Kros, a.s. and the 6K program from 6K spol. s r.o.

When registering a new customer in CRM Mango, Mango automatically connects to the Slovak Financial Authority and if the company has a registered account there, it will be automatically uploaded to Mango and we do not have to manually list it. Similarly, for already established companies, we can press the synchronization button and the data from the financial authority will be uploaded.

If you use a license plate center when creating an invoice, you can now also select a default center when the license plate is blank.

Another new feature is the ability to save previously searched CMR addresses in transport planning. The condition is that the address has been successfully geolocated.

We have added new points on the map: parking, refueling, customs.

Another new feature is that we colorize the data already downloaded from the Web Dispatch from the trip book, so that you do not use the trips again or, conversely, there is a gap between the trips you used.

New aliases have been added to our press releases - a link to scan documents, vehicle and trailer license plate numbers, reference number and logo.

Within exports, we have created a new feature, namely according to which dates we want to export invoices. Either according to the date of issue or according to the date of fulfillment.

In the transportation module, we color-code weekends in the timeline to make it more visually clear.

When transporting in the map view, we are now redrawing numbers on the map so that we can see the order and plan more effectively. Until now, we could see from where - to where, but we did not see the order.

When planning a transport, we added a new field empty km. We can calculate how many empty kilometers the vehicle traveled for loading.

|
We have now managed to translate Mango, with all its features, into three additional languages. Mango is now also available in German, Polish and Hungarian.
|
