We will create a report by generating activities - so we will open the Activities section. In the field marked as No. 1, we will select the name of the user whose activities we want to generate - we usually search for our own activities. Then we will select the time period in which we want to display the activities (today/yesterday/last week/this week, etc.). In our case, we have selected our own time frame, as can be seen in Fig. No. 2. We will click on the search button (No. 3). Mango will automatically generate all activities of the given user in the specified time period.

In order for the user to generate a report, it is necessary that he has filled in all the data for all activities. It may happen that Mango will highlight the fields that the user forgot to fill in and will remind him to check and complete them. For example, Mango can highlight one of the fields marked below as in the following image:

Then you simply need to complete these fields directly by editing the row and save. Only when we have filled in all the data for the activities can we generate the report by pressing the Prepare report button, which is located in the middle below the table with activities:

A report is then generated for the user with their activities in a clear timeline, which looks like this:
At the top of the timeline, the date for which the report is generated is displayed. Each activity in the timeline represents a separate window with the data we filled in for it. At the end of the timeline, there is space for a note or additional information.
The finished report is sent by clicking the Send report button. The report is sent to the email addresses that the user has selected in their report sending settings.
How and where do we set up sending reports?
We open the Settings section, My settings and in the basic settings category we have the Emails window, where to send reports, as can be seen marked in the image. In this window we enter the e-mail / e-mails to which we want to send our reports.

Lets give an example - we chose the option to send reports to the email address: jozef.mrkvicka@gmail.com. Mr. Mrkvička will receive the following email after sending the report:

If Mr. Mr. Green wants to view the report that his subordinate - Ms. Kind - sent him, he opens it by pressing the Open Report button - as shown in the image above. The following window will automatically appear to Mr. Green:

Mr. Mrkvička must enter this password in advance in his settings - section Settings -> CRM Settings -> Password for viewing reports (see image):

Finally, we can show you how to set up the data visible on the timeline in our reports:

Lets call this the header, each user can choose it themselves. Where to set it up? Again, the user is in the settings - CRM settings and there they will find the following field:

For each field that the user wants to display in the report header, they must first click Include in reported activities and then save the field.
